HCPL-M456 Intelligent Power Module Interface Optocoupler

The HCPL-M456 is an intelligent power module interface optocoupler that uses a GaAsP LED optically coupled to a high-gain photodetector. Its minimal propagation delay difference makes it ideal for improving inverter efficiency by reducing switching dead-time in general IPM applications. It operates within an industrial temperature range of -40C to 100C.
